REGISTRATION

Registration Fees

Early Registration Fee – on or before 2nd June 2023
Early Full Registration                           £495.00
 

Late/Onsite Registration Fee – on or after 3rd June 2023
Late Full Registration                            £650.00

Student Registration                             £295.00

The registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all Symposia sessions and the exhibition

  • Option to attend a pre-conference tutorial on Tuesday 5th September (places are limited)

  • Conference Materials

  • Tea and coffee breaks throughout the Symposium

  • Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday

  • Complimentary attendance at the Welcome Reception (included at no additional cost, but places must be booked)

  • Opportunity to purchase tickets for the Gala Dinner on Thursday 7th September at the City Chambers
     

Early Registration Fee
Please note: the early registration fee is only available for those who register and make full payment by the early registration deadline.  If you register and do not make payment by the early registration deadline you will have two weeks to pay before you are invoiced for the late registration fee.

Student Fee
To register as a student you must be a full time under- or post-graduation student. Once registered please send proof of your student status to isic2023@abbeyuk.com  A scanned matriculation card or letter from your supervisor are acceptable.

Accommodation
Accommodation can be booked directly with hotels at rates negotiated for ISIC delegates. Please click here to visit the Accommodation page on the website for more information.

Payment of Registration Fees
Payment can be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering or later by bank transfer.

​

If paying by card, please ensure that your card is set up for 2-factor authentication.  If you are unsure, please check with the card issuer. 

Your information and credit card details will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the conference organiser.  A receipt will be emailed to you automatically at the end of the registration process.  The payment will show on your statement as Abbey Tours.

If you request to pay by bank transfer, you will be emailed an invoice.  It is your responsibility to pass the invoice on to the relevant party for prompt payment.  Full payment must be received at least 2 weeks in advance (by 22nd August).

Payment for the early bird rate must be received within 2 weeks of the deadline.  Unpaid early registration fees will be converted to the late fee on 19th June.

​

Cancellation
Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat at the following email address: isic2023@abbeyuk.com

  • Cancellations made on or before 25th July 2023 will be refunded less £50 administration fee.

  • There will be no refund for cancellations received on or after 26th July 2023.

  • No-shows will NOT be refunded.

  • Substitutions are welcome.
     

Accommodation Cancellation

Visas
Non-EU participants may require a visa to enter the UK.  To check if you need a UK visa please follow this link: https://www.gov.uk/standard-visitor/visit-on-business  Delegates may also contact the consulate/embassy in their home country for further information.

There is information on this page about how to request a visa letter.  If your visa is declined, we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation terms and conditions.

Validity of Passports
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for travel and we recommend that you check with your local Embassy.
